TRACKING

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Sala Attire ships from Spain. For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at salaattire@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
